Turbo training starts at 7pm on Tuesday 25th October at the University of Worcester. The first session will be ideal as an introduction for anyone one who is new to, or curious about turbo training, with help and advice on things such as:

  • How to set up your bike and trainer properly
  • Training heart rate zones and effort levels
  • A chance to checkout a variety of different turbos

It will of course include a workout, with some different efforts and drills to improve technique. The club has several trainers available for members to use, more information here.
